Heidrick & Struggles Names Head of UK Financial Services Practice

Heidrick & Struggles has appointed Jenni Hibbert to lead the Financial Services practice in the United Kingdom. She will continue to be based out of Heidrick & Struggles' London office.

In her new role, Hibbert will have full responsibility for managing the firm's UK financial services business, overseeing a team of approximately 40 individuals with a focus on providing comprehensive executive search and leadership counsel to top-tier financial institutions across the UK.

During the last 11 years, Hibbert has served as a lead partner in Heidrick & Struggles' Insurance Practice working across Europe & Africa to execute CEO and non-executive director searches across all corporate disciplines, both functional and technical, including actuarial, underwriting and risk. She has also played a key role in launching and developing the firm's UK-led networks of diverse senior talent and is a core member of the firm's Chief Executive Officer & Board of Directors Practice. Additionally, Hibbert has been instrumental in establishing The Board Network for women non-executive directors, and sits on the firm's global Consultant Promotion Committee.

Hibbert received a master's degree in English from Cambridge University and a bachelor's degree in English and Drama from Birmingham University. She is active with a number of education charities and institutions, including the English-Speaking Union.
