Heidrick & Struggles Adds Two New Partners

Heidrick & Struggles have announced the appointment of Tim Luedke to Regional Managing Partner of the Heidrick & Struggles Technology practice and Christian Jerusalem to Regional Managing Partner of Leadership Consulting in Europe.

Tim began his search career under the guidance of Heiner Thorborg and has since continued to work closely with top executives across the global business landscape for more than 20 years.

Prior to joining Heidrick & Struggles, Tim was a Partner at a boutique Munich based executive search firm. He also served as the executive director and later as the managing director of the International Technology Practice at a global executive search firm. Over the course of his search career, Tim has specialized at filling leadership positions in the areas of hardware, services/outsourcing, software and telecommunications.

Christian joined Heidrick & Struggles from another international search firm where he was a senior partner in their leadership & talent consulting practice for eight years.

Before that Christian was the managing partner for Germany's market leader in career transition and change management consulting for eight years, rendering a range of HR services including senior executive transition services, performance coaching, management assessment, and recruitment.
