Heidi Mason Joins Korn Ferry as Senior Client Partner

Korn Ferry announced that Heidi Mason has joined the firm as a senior client partner within the Board & CEO Practice in Australia. She is based in the Sydney office.

Ms. Mason has more than two decades of experience in professional services and has specialized in recruiting C-level executives and non-executive directors for boards.

Prior to joining Korn Ferry, Ms. Mason worked for fourteen years with a global recruiting firm, where she was a managing director and lead the CFO practice and then the Australian Financial Services practice. She was also involved in the Executive Assessment practice and she led the executive assessment work across a range of projects, in both listed and private companies.

“Heidi brings deep experience working with boards on NED roles and CEO succession and we look forward to the significant contribution she will make to sourcing and developing future leaders,” said Katie Lahey, executive chairman, Korn Ferry Australasia.

Prior to her executive search career, Ms. Mason worked for a range of organizations in chief financial officer and finance director roles.

She earned her MBA from Macquarie Graduate School of Management and Bachelor of Commerce from University of New South Wales.
