Headlight International Releases Global Talent Survey Results
Executive search firm Headlight International has released survey results around the challenges faced by large international companies to recruit global talent. The report found that more than 50 percent of executives reported a willingness to change their current position in less than a year, followed by 37 percent who expected to stay in their current position for no more than three years. Sixty percent of executives surveyed report that there is more competition for senior-level jobs compared to five years ago. The largest percentage (80 percent) of executives stated that a better role and more responsibilities, followed by new experiences and challenges are the principal motivators to consider an international career.
