Gorette Goncalves Joins TRANSEARCH in Miami

Gorette Goncalves recently joined the TRANSEARCH office in Miami. She is an experienced search professional with over 11 years’ executive search experience. She is the leader of Life Sciences, Pharmaceutical and Consumer Goods Industries in the Miami office. She has extensive expertise in executive search, training and development as well as performance management. With vast experience in executive roles and managing diverse cultural background, Gorette has played a vital role both inside and outside of the business having led talent acquisition and human resources departments for well-known pharmaceutical companies (like Grupo Farma and Teva Pharmaceuticals).

Gorette founded her own search firm, Gente + Organización in 2007 where she was successful in helping clients achieve company results by attracting and retaining the best talent in the market. She is recognised for her ability to maintain a close relationship with her clients and for providing support by exercising deep knowledge in diverse areas including manufacturing, commercial and marketing and sales departments in the LATAM Region and USA.

Gorette has a Bachelor’s degree in psychology from Universidad de Venezuela, a Master’s degree in Psychology from Universidad Simon Bolivar, a Specialisation in Organisational Development from Universidad Católica Andres Bello and most recently a HR Certificate from University of Miami. She speaks Spanish and English and is proficient in Portuguese. Her hobbies are cooking, gardening and volunteering for many community activities.
