EXEC Announces Alexandre Zuvela as New Partner
EXEC, the largest national company for selecting top management executives, has just announced Alexandre Zuvela as a new partner in the company's Financial Services area. The executive returns to consultancy after three years of experience at Korn Ferry, where he held the position of Principal of Financial Services.
With more than 20 years of experience, Zuvela has worked for global companies that are references in the consulting market in Brazil and the USA, in addition to working in the Executive Search segment, as a Benefits and Compensation consultant in large multinationals in the Human Resources sector.
"We think that with the end of the pandemic, there will be a strong resumption of companies, especially in structures that will give a more agile tone to organizations, this movement will result in a demand for professionals with a more technical profile", evaluates Zuvela.
His hiring comes to strengthen the EXEC team in the area of financial services, a sector in which the professional plays a prominent role due to his successful trajectory.
