Eric Salmon & Partners Initiates a Generational Change

Eric Salmon & Partners, one of the leading international Executive Search and Leadership Consulting firms, initiates a change of generations at president level. The long-standing President Massimo Milletti has handed over the management of the company to two equal partners, who will co-head the partnership. Sophie Wigniolle (52) from the Paris office will lead the firm together with Raoul Nacke (45), Managing Director Germany of Eric Salmon & Partners in Frankfurt.

Sophie Wigniolle has been working for Eric Salmon & Partners since 1998. From 2007 to 2015, she headed the Paris office as Managing Partner. Prior to joining the Executive Search business, she worked in Corporate and Investment Banking for 13 years where she gained a specialization in Private Equity. Sophie Wigniolle focuses on Private Equity, Financial Services and international retailers.

 

Raoul Nacke, a German-Spanish dual national, has been with Eric Salmon & Partners since 2008. In 2012 he took over the role as Managing Partner for Germany. He has gained more than 20 years of experience in the executive search profession, serving international industrial and consumer goods clients as well as Private Equity portfolio and family owned companies.

 

Eric Salmon & Partners is mainly covering the European and Asian markets with currently nine offices (Brussels, Frankfurt, Geneva, London, Milan, Paris, Rome, Shanghai and Singapore). In addition, Eric Salmon & Partners maintains long-term joint ventures in the USA and India.
