EMA Partners announced leadership changes across India, UAE, and Singapore.

Reet Bhambhani is being elevated as Managing Partner and Chief Operating Officer, EMA Partners India and will be anchoring operations & strategic initiatives for the firm in addition to leading the BFSI and Technology practices across the region. Sanjeev Das is being elevated as Partner, EMA Partners India and will continue to co-lead the Industrial & Natural Resources Practice for the firm. KG Gopinadhan is being elevated as Partner, EMA Partners India & Singapore while continuing to co-lead the Industrial & Natural resources Practice for the firm in India. Shilpa Pimple has been elevated as Client Partner, EMA Partners India focused on the asset management & insurance practice.

Amarjeet Dutta has been elevated as the Managing Partner, EMA Partners UAE. He will lead the firm's executive search and leadership advisory business across key client markets and practices.

Earlier this year, EMA Partners in India added Rohini Seth, as Partner heading the Life Sciences Practice in India. Rohini is a seasoned human resources professional having served companies including GE, PepsiCo, Diageo & Jubilant, where she served in senior leadership roles. The firm also added Shreya Jain as Client Director in the Consumer & Retail Sector in India. Earlier she served with KPMG in their Consumer Practice in India.
