Dominic Andwan Joins Korn Ferry as Senior Client Partner

Korn Ferry (NYSE:KFY) announced that Dominic Andwan has joined the firm as a senior client partner on the North America Rewards and Benefits leadership team. He will be based in the firm's Chicago office.

Mr. Andwan brings to the firm over 23 years of experience in rewards management, with a career spanning both corporate and consulting roles. For 10 years he served as vice president of Global Total Rewards at two different Fortune 300 companies, and for over 13 years has been a nationally-recognized leading consultant at several major human resources consultancies. Most recently, he was a managing director in the Global Human Resources Services practice at another leading consulting firm.

Mr. Andwan earned a bachelor’s degree in finance from Miami University, Ohio, and completed coursework at Harvard Business School’s Executive Leadership Program.
