Dilek Gumuslu Joins TRANSEARCH In Istanbul

Transearch welcomes Dilek Gümüslü to their Istanbul office. Dilek Gümüslü has 5 years’ experience in Executive Search, Talent Assessment / Leadership Development projects. She held assignments mainly in Financial Services, Retail, FMCG, Automotive, Telecommunications, Industrial Goods from mid-level manager to senior C-level executives. She has expertise in designing and implementing assessment projects including 360-degree feedback, management simulations and psychometric tools for selection, succession planning and development plans for executives.

 

Prior to joining TRANSEARCH, she has 17 years’ experience in diversified functions such as HR and Business consultancy, Business Development and Project Management. Before her career in Executive Search, she was Corporate Sales Manager in AvivaSa, one of the leading pension fund and life insurance companies in Turkey. She also took a leading role in implementing CRM and bank assurance projects for the company. Previously she was a Business Consultant in Andersen Business Consulting with a focus on Customer & Channel Strategy projects in different sectors.

 

She holds a BSc degree in Economics from Middle East Technical University. Recently, she has completed Professional Coaching Program from Adler Central Europe.
