Coulter Partners announces the appointment of Justine McIlroy as Client Partner

Justine joins Coulter Partners based in London. She focuses on advising innovative organizations with R&D at their core across the global Pharmaceutical, Biotech, Life Sciences, specialized generics, consumer health, Agtech and Food Tech industries.
Justine holds a PhD in Molecular Therapeutics from the University of Edinburgh, UK, and as a banker with SG Cowen in the early 2000s, she advised biotech companies on cross-border M&A and international fundraising. She then spent a decade at Brunswick Group where she co-led the international healthcare team, working with pharma and biotech companies in the US and Europe on the critical communications aspects of agreed and hostile M&A transactions, as well as crafting equity stories ahead of IPOs and private financing rounds. Most recently at MWM, she focused on building boards and senior leadership teams for some of the world’s largest healthcare companies as well as many PE-backed growth companies.
