Chad Astmann Joins Korn Ferry as Co-Head of Global Asset Management
Korn Ferry announced that Chad Astmann has joined the firm as Co-Head of Global Asset Management. He will be based in the firm’s New York office.
In his over fifteen years of experience in investment management executive recruitment and organizational consulting, Mr. Astmann has placed top leaders in the areas of executive leadership, investments, distribution and infrastructure. He has also worked extensively in delivering holistic human capital solutions to his clients around the world.
Mr. Astmann joins Korn Ferry from a global executive recruiting firm, where he was head of the North America Asset Management Practice and a member of the global Financial Services Practice. Previously, he was a search consultant for another multinational recruitment firm where he focused on financial services searches for leading global investment firms. Prior to that, he worked in the Equity Capital Markets group at Merrill Lynch & Co.

Mr. Astmann holds a B.A. and an M.A. in Industrial/Organizational Psychology, and serves on the boards of the Larchmont Library and the Department of Industrial/Organizational Psychology at New York University.
