Jill Hickey, with a diverse background in recruitment, healthcare business operations and sales, is a recipient of numerous awards for her community involvement and advocacy of women in the workplace throughout her assigned region of Illinois, Nebraska, Kansas, Iowa, Missouri, and Arkansas.

Thomas Hoecker, who brings decades of proven strategies for leading effective searches in tight labor markets to the healthcare communities of Utah, Nevada, Arizona, and California.

David Pierce, whose experience in developing innovative sourcing strategies for private healthcare employers nationwide, as well as the North Carolina Office of State Human Resources, provides unique expertise to the healthcare communities of North Carolina, South Carolina, Louisiana, Mississippi, Alabama, Georgia, and Florida.

Mary Farho has joined Cejka Search as a Physician and Advanced Practice Search Consultant responsible for conducting organizational needs assessments and development of targeted recruitment strategies. Sandra Chavez has joined the company from NorthShore University HealthSystem Medical Group as a Physician and Advanced Practice Consultant, and search expert Sheri (Reese) Brower was hired as a Manager of Business Development.
