Caroline Gougeon Joins TRANSEARCH in France

Caroline Gougeon recently joined the TRANSEARCH office in Paris as an executive search consultant.

Caroline has 20 years of Marketing and Human Resources experience in international industrial groups (Arcelor Mittal, LafargeHolcim). She specialises in executive and onboarding coaching and leadership assessment, supporting and accompanying people and organisations in their transformations and their transitions, enhancing their impact on the organisation.

Caroline is an executive coach certified by HEC Paris. She graduated from the renowned Ecole Centrale de Paris and pursued a MBA at Collège des Ingénieurs in Paris. She is fully bilingual in French and English.
