Caldwell Partners Appoints New Partner to Lead Newly Created Professional Services Practice

Caldwell Partners has appointed Stamford-based Partner Michael DeCosta to lead its new Professional Services Practice.

With nearly twenty years of experience in executive search, Mr. DeCosta focuses on recruiting senior-level executives for consulting, accounting and law firms. He is frequently asked to speak about professional services and legal career management at prominent industry conferences, and has written and contributed to numerous professional services publications.

He began his career in the emergency medical services industry, where he served as director of marketing for one of the largest ambulance service providers in the U.S. He earned his master's in American studies with a concentration in labor history from Fairfield University, graduating summa cum laude, and holds a bachelor's in political science from Marist College.
