Boyden Expands Luxury/Fashion Sector in Italy

Boyden, has announced that Laura Zolla, an industry leader with a strong recruitment track record, has joined the firm as a new Principal in the Milan office. Zolla, who has over 16 years of executive search experience, will support Boyden’s luxury, fashion and lifestyle sectors.

In her career, Zolla has gained knowledge in every aspect of high level recruitment, working with C-level and other senior executives at major national and multinational companies in the fashion, lifestyle and luxury consumer goods industries. Zolla offers clients specialized expertise in hiring transformational digital marketing leaders in line with current industry and market dynamics.

Prior to joining Boyden, Zolla was a partner in a leading boutique executive search firm with a top practice in fashion/luxury, where she was involved in business development in addition to leading search assignments.

Earlier in her career, Zolla participated in the start-up of an executive search firm, serving as a Senior Consultant, and later as Chief Operating Officer, responsible for managing search assignments for top management and senior executive roles. Previously, she served as a Recruiting Manager for a fashion and makeup retailer.

Zolla holds a degree in public relations from IULM University in Milan. She is fluent in Italian and English, and has basic knowledge of German and French.
