The Bedford Consulting Group Welcomes Stephen Diotte as Partner

Stephen Diotte joins The Bedford Consulting Group as the company’s newest Partner and will lead the design of talent management systems for clients, based out of Calgary, Alberta. Diotte is a national expert in compensation, organization effectiveness, human resources optimization, change leadership, and labour relations.

“Stephen has designed end-to-end operating models and organizational structures for some of North America’s highest-performing institutions in the mining, oil and gas sectors across North America and abroad. Diotte brings 35 years of corporate and consulting experience to Bedford, having worked in some of the field’s leading companies including McKinsey & Company, as Associate Partner, Mercer Human Capital Consulting as the North American Energy and Resources Leader, Deloitte Consulting in Calgary as Managing Partner and as Vice President Human Resources, Information Technology and Corporate Services for a publicly traded upstream oil producer.

Diotte has a Master’s degree in Business Administration from the Richard Ivey School of Business, a Master’s degree in Industrial Relations from the University of Toronto, and a Bachelor of Arts degree from Carleton University. He is a Certified Management Consultant.
