Anne Loftus Joins Leathwaite as the Firm Ramps Up its HR Practice

Human capital specialist firm Leathwaite continues to drive the expansion of its US business with the hire of HR industry expert, Anne Loftus. Anne joins the rapidly growing global executive search firm from Spencer Stuart and will work alongside practice Director Tom Pemberton to drive HR search in North America across all industry verticals.

Anne is a well-known HR industry consultant having spent more than a dozen years in Spencer Stuart’s HR practice, where she served as the Associate Leader, successfully executing hundreds of searches for CHRO’s, Chief Talent Officers, Heads of Talent Acquisition and Development, and Rewards.

This key hire comes as Leathwaite ramps up its HR Practice in response to the demand for CHROs and other senior-level HR leaders across the region. The firm has launched a series of events for senior HR professionals, most recently an intimate roundtable for leading CHROs in the finance and technology sectors, facilitated by Capgemini’s Banking and Capital Markets Global Data and Insights Lead, Arindam Choudhury.

Key themes from the session included the importance of the CHRO becoming the key driver of data and analytics, something traditionally owned and managed by the CIO and others in complex global organizations.
