Amrop announces the addition of eight Partners to its global partnership of executive search consultants.

Murat Ayberk has a long track record in the Telecommunications sector as a Manager in various leading roles. From his experience in fast-changing business environments he has gained deep insights into leadership at different life stages of a company.

Gregor Handler joins Amrop from a ten-year career at McKinsey & Company, where his management consulting practice focused primarily in Engineering-related industries. He has built expertise in performance transformation, leadership development and culture change.

Damjan Kozjak joins Amrop from his previous role as Deputy General Manager at NLB Bank, managing distressed real estate and claims in South East Europe. Damjan spent ten years with Societé Générale Group, where he managed several Leasing, Retail and Corporate departments.

Tamal Kumar leads the Process Manufacturing Practice in India, working with Metal, Mining, and other process manufacturing clients. Tamal brings over 12 years of experience across diverse industries of Commercial Shipping, Power and Cement. Prior to joining Amrop, Tamal was the Business Development Head at Reliance Cement.

Ricky Lam specializes in the Technology & Media, Industrial and Not-For-Profit sectors, leveraging his almost 20 years’ experience in China and throughout Asia Pacific. Ricky took up various business development, sales and marketing roles in Dow and Lubrizol, as well as Director of the International Zinc Association.

Diana Rake leads search assignments for senior executives and board members for local and international companies. She has experience working with clients in Industrial, Financial Services, Infrastructure, as well as Mining and Energy sectors.

Olivier Reynaud has more than eighteen years of experience in the international executive search business mainly in the Professional Services, Automotive and Technology sectors. Having lived in France, Germany and Austria, Olivier has conducted C-level searches across Europe.

Jenny Wang has successfully recruited over 100 senior level candidates for clients in the Healthcare, Consumer Goods, Chemical and Industrial sectors across Asia. Jenny is leveraging this experience to help fast-growth local companies globalize successfully with the right talent mix.
