AlSpective Adds New Partners and Advisors

Juliane NITSCHE et MICHEL MOUTIER are new Partners and Advisors, within ALSpective Paris Office. Their responsibilities will include

• Leadership Consulting with a new offer in Well-being & Performance, 
• Strategy and Board Services with a new offer in Change Management

Juliane NITSCHE and Michel MOUTIER are the founders of MLC Advisory, a French-German consulting firm specialized in Well-Being & Leadership with clients in France and Europe. They have decided to join forces with ALSpective to create new perspectives for our clients.

Juliane NITSCHE graduated from the University of Passau with a B. Sc. Degree in Business Administration and Economics, having specialized in Intercultural Management. Juliane combines an economic understanding of a company’s bottom line obligations with expertise in the links between employee engagement and business performance.

She is responsible for our Leadership Consulting Practice, including services on social relationships, multicultural environments et employee engagement, promoting corporate well-being and performance.

A graduate of NEOMA Business School with a MBA, Michel MOUTIER counts 25 years of experience in business consulting. First in an international Business Transformation Team, then in the Strategy and Marketing Consulting department. Michel advised clients on M&A operations, market entry strategies, change management and leadership development. 

Michel puts his 25 years of experience in consulting to work for our clients and provides new perspectives on:

•           Executive Search and Coaching

•           Leadership development for Board Members and Managers

•           Opportunities for the corporate digital transformation

•           Change management for strategic implementations

Trained in “Mindfulness at work”, a spin-off of Oxford University, Michel has been focused on coaching for corporate leaders and the development of their leadership capacity. Michel’s approach is inspired by the discipline of Martial Arts and the introspection of the Mindfulness practice.
