How does this program differ from the Advanced Certificate in Executive Talent?

This new program offers a focused, cost-effective alternative to the Advanced Certificate in Executive Talent. While the full Advanced Certificate explores a broad range of topics, Executive Talent Essentials hones in on a single critical area, delivering targeted insights and practical strategies you can apply immediately.

Designed for busy professionals, it provides the same level of expert instruction and actionable value, but with a more streamlined format and a fraction of the time and financial investment. Whether you're looking for a deep dive into a specific subject or an accessible way to enhance your expertise, this program delivers maximum impact with efficiency and convenience.

When will the program run?

This program will run in October 2025. Join us for four weekly sessions on Zoom -- three 90-minute professor-led sessions, and one 120-minute team working session.

What happens if I need to miss a session?

Participants should plan to attend and actively engage in all live sessions, as the program builds progressively each week, culminating in a final team session focused on strategies and practices for addressing key challenges.

Do you provide group rates?

Group rates are available for firms and networks that provide 3 or more participants. To learn more, contact education@aesc.org.

What will I receive upon completing the program?

Participants who successfully complete this program will receive a joint Certificate of Completion from the Cornell ILR School and the Association of Executive Search and Leadership Consultants and a digital credential to add to your Linked-In profile. In addition, this program qualifies for Society for Human Resource Management (SHRM) credits or Human Resource Certification Institute (HRCI) credits.
