Martha Clement Rochford
Martha serves as Chief Marketing Officer at AESC. In her role, Martha leads strategic marketing and communications efforts to provide value to members, support AESC programs, and elevate AESC’s brand and reputation worldwide.
Martha brings a wealth of experience to AESC, having led marketing and communications initiatives across professional services, nonprofit, international, and political sectors. She has a proven track record of driving organizational reputation and revenue growth through innovative strategies and award-winning campaigns. Her leadership has been instrumental in guiding organizations through significant transformations, always with a focus on collaboration and integrity. Notably, her development of award-winning reports and creative marketing solutions has consistently raised the bar in her field.
Martha holds an MA in Public Communication from American University in Washington, DC, and a BA in English from St. Lawrence University in Canton, NY. She has earned professional certification in Generative AI Leadership and Strategy from Vanderbilt University and an Advanced Certificate in Executive Talent from Cornell University’s ILR School.
