Clare Mahon

Clare Mahon is Managing Director for Europe, Middle East & Africa at the Association of Executive Search and Leadership Consultants (AESC). Clare is an experienced business leader in the non-profit sector, with a proven background in membership development and engagement, strategic business-planning and enabling transformation, product development and financial growth.

 

Clare brings over fifteen years’ experience in Finance, Human Resources, Strategic Planning, Customer Service and Operational Management with a unique ability to achieve people optimization through buy-in to vision and change strategies. Clare was previously Director of Executive Programs and Councils Europe, for The Conference Board, a position she held for nearly five years. She was also the Vice President and member of the Professional Women International Board, for the Brussels chapter of PWN Global.

 

Clare holds an MBA from The Open University Business School, a Diploma in Hotel Management, Executive Program in Management & Philosophy at Solvay Business School Economics & Management, Advanced Program for Executive Search and Leadership Consulting at Cornell University, is a Licentiate of The Chartered Institute of Personnel and Development CIPD.

 

Clare who has a passion for enabling learning, knowledge sharing and personal development. Is a member of the working groups of ACCELERATE and ME-TOTEM – two European funded projects working towards gender balance and diversity in the workplace and is currently studying Sophrology.
