Reporting directly to the Area Manager in Boston and indirectly to the Regional Research Director, the Research Associate's immediate goals will be identifying and qualifying candidates in search execution, and partnering on business development presentations. S/he will work closely with recruiters based in Boston as well as in other offices and be responsible for:

  • Supporting the search consultants in the execution of senior level search engagements.
