Robert M. Fields is a New York based executive compensation attorney with more than 25 years experience representing individual executives and corporate clients from the Fortune 500 to newly-created privately owned businesses. He brings the highest level of service and commitment to his work with expertise in the negotiation and drafting of highly beneficial agreements relating to
- cash and non-cash compensation, including salary, bonus, equity grants to cover sign-on, make whole and related provisions;

Prior to establishing his own firm Robert M. Fields was a partner at Greenberg Traurig. Before joining Greenberg he was a partner at Reid & Priest (now known as Thelen Reid & Priest), and an associate at Winthrop Stimson Putnam & Roberts (now Pillsbury Winthrop Shaw Pittman). Mr. Fields received his Bachelor of Arts degree from Duke University and his Juris Doctorate from The Cornell Law School.
