 The AESC tracks trends in retained executive search, regularly and on a worldwide basis. Through three distinct and linked audiences: retained search firms, senior executives and hiring executives, the AESC offers a 360° view of issues and trends impacting retained search and all of human capital management. For the first time, the AESC is offering a comprehensive corporate membership for hiring executives which includes regular reporting and commentary on issues and trends surrounding executives search and human capital management through a program called CorporateConnect.
