Five New Firms Accepted to Membership in the AESC
BRUSSELS — 22 JUNE 2006 — The Association of Executive Search Consultants is pleased to announce the acceptance of five retained executive search firms into membership. Following extensive reference checks, a site visit and a vote by the AESC regional Councils and Board, the following firms were approved to join the elite AESC community of top tier search firms.

de Jager & Associates/ IIC Partners was founded in 1990 by Kris de Jager. Headquartered in Sydney, the firm's executive search practice focuses on the Automotive, Pharmaceutical and Professional Services industries.
Crown Executive Search was established by Stephen Lennard in 2001. A retained executive search firm based in Sydney with regional representation from Melbourne to Mumbai, Crown specializes in Financial Services, Retail, FMCG, Industrial and Professional Services.
Daubenspeck and Associates was founded by Ken Daubenspeck in 1982. Based in Chicago, the firm's practice is focused on Financial Services, Professional Services, Oil and Energy, Manufacturing, Government, Consumer Services and the Information Technology function.
Grace & Company was founded in 2005 by Grace Pedreira. The firm, located in Sao Paulo, serves all industries with a focus on Chemicals, Oil & Gas, Retail, Banking, Technology, Logistics and Professional services.
Hodge / Niederer / Cariani was established in 2003 by Jeff Hodge, Leslie Cariani, Carrie Niederer and Mary Hamilton. The firm, with headquarters in San Francisco and an office in Washington D.C., serves the Financial Services, Legal/Professional Services, Consumer, Technology, Higher Education/Not for Profit industries. The firm concentrates on the Human Resource, Finance, General Counsel, Marketing and CIO roles.
