The Small Firm Forum
The AESC provides a lively interactive forum for small firms. This forum takes place several times during the year and the discussion is driven by the interests of the group. Some of the issues discussed at past forums include succession planning, developing talent, business models, the competitive landscape, current challenges, and best practices. Information is summarized and shared with the group.
