Diversity Resource Center
The AESC has established the Diversity Resource Center to help AESC member firms promote equal opportunity in employment and present diverse candidates to their client hiring organizations. The Diversity Resource Center will help you to understand the legal framework in the United States which governs the recruitment and hiring process and the extent to which candidates can be identified by race, ethnicity and gender when assisting employers to broaden their talent pool.
